Among the support measures offered by Cetim to help manufacturing companies make informed technological choices is the Mantra project, supported by the European Union as part of its policy for the sustainable transformation of manufacturing companies. It aims to support SMEs in adopting advanced technologies to successfully achieve their green and digital transition.
The second call for projects under the European Mantra programme has been launched!
Through Mantra, Europe is offering 25 new SMEs the means to innovate, boost their competitiveness and adopt sustainable practices in a rapidly changing world.
Launched on 20 November 2024 for a period of 42 months, Mantra plans to support around 50 companies in total in moving towards a more sustainable business model. The programme also aims to remove the socio-economic barriers hindering the integration of technological and social innovations.
Based on the principles of open innovation, Mantra is establishing a collaborative ecosystem involving various economic stakeholders to guide companies across a range of sectors – including metals, plastics, ceramics and agri-food – towards a successful transformation.
Led by Zabala Innovation, the project brings together seven European partners:
Greenovate! Europe, Rina, EIT Manufacturing, Inesc Tec, Babele, Secpho and Cetim. It forms part of the European Horizon Europe program.
